The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources functions of the organization and serving as the primary resource for employees and managers on HR matters. This role provides hands-on support across core HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management administration, compliance activities, and HR processes and systems.
