WERC is hiring a volunteer coordinator who will provide high-touch member engagement as a key member of WERC’s 4-person membership and operations team. Lead the coordination and support of WERC’s 25+ volunteer groups (e.g., committees, councils, work groups, task forces, etc.). Work with board and staff liaisons to develop and maintain committee charters and annual work plans that align key initiatives and deliverables with organizational goals. Monitor and manage project timelines and milestones to ensure timely progress of action items and outcomes. Prepare regular updates and reports for board meetings, highlighting committee progress.
