We're seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the face and chief staff executive for the Keystone Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-Keystone). This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on management to help shape the future of homeowner and condominium associations across Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. The Executive Director will lead our day-to-day operations while driving strategic initiatives that deliver value to our members, advance our mission of education and advocacy, and membership growth.
