The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and relationship-driven Executive Director to lead the state’s premier organization representing county governments. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of public service in Pennsylvania through strategic leadership, impactful legislative advocacy, and inspiring engagement with elected officials and county leaders across the Commonwealth.

As the chief executive, you will collaborate closely with an engaged and mission-driven Board, guide a talented team, strengthen the Association’s presence at the Capitol, and foster a collaborative, high-performing organizational culture.
