We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meetings Coordinator to join our Meetings Department. This role will function as a registrar, responsible for setting up meetings on our website, registering members, maintaining the meetings calendar, and assisting the VP of Meetings with meeting logistics & various related event tasks.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the VP of Meetings; have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision, capacity to accept and adapt to changes, be flexible and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
