PURPOSE The purpose of this job is to serve our members, customers, and co-workers. SUMMARY The Program Specialist works with the Learn Management Team to manage the operational aspects of educational programs and publishing content acquisitions, including those targeted to early careerists and with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This includes program, faculty, and author management functions, select manuscript intake, marketing coordination, Zoom logistics and session hosting, data collection and analysis, and attendee support.
