•Independent Contractor agreement with each organization to total full-time hours
•Rate of pay will be commensurate with experience - Range $90,000-$100,000
•120 hours paid time off per year
•Full financial support for attendance at CMAA World Conference and CMAA Leadership/Legislative Conference
•Mileage reimbursement for any chapter events in excess of 60 miles

JOB DESCRIPTION Summary: The Managing Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the National Capital (NCCMA), Greater Baltimore (GBCMA) and Virginias (VACMAA) Chapters of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), and provides consistency to the chapters' management. The Managing Director serves as a support structure and works directly with each chapter's board of directors, committee chairmen, and the CMAA National Headquarters. This position maintains all the chapters' records, equipment, and keeps the chapters in excellent operating condition. They approve membership applications, process chapter transfer forms, and perform additional administrative duties of the chapters.
Primary Functions:
Corresponds with each board of directors, committee chairmen, and the National Headquarters
Establishes procedures for the chapters' administrative operations with the goal of developing consistency among the three chapters
Manages each entity's sponsorship program and continually assist in maximizing scholarship opportunities for each chapter
Helps plan each chapters' events with the respective committees
Designs and produces educational meeting announcements, newsletters, board meeting notices, and meeting agendas and distributes to the board of directors and membership
Performs chapter accounts receivable/payable as directed; prepares financial statements monthly and furnishes to each Treasurer for approval
Devotes sufficient time to ensure the proper management of chapters' assets (i.e., members, prospective members, vendors, etc.)
Maintains all chapter websites, ensuring accuracy of information
Attends all chapters' meetings and golf outings as scheduled
