REPORTS TO: Director, Corporate Strategic Partnerships
SUMMARY: Responsible for gathering and sharing intelligence about the GI/Hep industry with internal stakeholders. Support the proposal writing process. Develop standards and implement AGA’s outcomes measures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement strategy for needs assessment, proposal writing and submission to seek industry support (via grants and other means). Work includes:
Working with director, corporate strategic partnerships to develop and implement a process for centralized proposal writing (supporting all AGA program departments)
Supporting departments with the creation of needs assessments and other components of proposals for AGA submissions
Ensuring needs assessments are developed and updated as needed
Develop plan for gathering key business intelligence data points to be shared with internal stakeholders
Develops plan to regularly update and share the drug/device pipeline of products
Performs analysis on revenue tracking document (and other key internal and external documents) to highlight key successes/opportunities for AGA
Maintains data on key outcomes to help provide intelligence on gaps in learning
Works with internal stakeholders to build intelligence models that will be supportive of the mission to seek revenue from industry supporters
Works with director to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), based on intelligence from revenue tracking document intelligence for corporate relations department
Work with Director to create and implement educational outcomes measures
Develops plan for implementation of outcomes measures
Implements outcomes measures by working with education team to gather intel and create final report to go back to companies, as appropriate
Gathers intelligence from outcomes measures to inform future potential proposal concepts
Support CR efforts to seek revenue
Helps identify new revenue opportunities
Submits proposals as needed throughout the year
Shares intelligence via several formats with various internal stakeholders
Maintains relationships with program departments to gather intel about success of programs and other opportunities that may present
Develops outcomes measures strategy and implements for AGA
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
Experience (1-3 years) in writing grants, needs assessments, and outcomes reports strongly preferred.
Experience in healthcare, education or non-profit industries preferred (1-3 years).
Excellent writing skills.
Some travel required, 1-2 times per year.
