SUMMARY:
The CREF Senior Associate conducts and analyzes industry research, identifies potential policy issues/concerns and regularly briefs Commercial/Multifamily (CREF) team. Manages business activities and operational functions for the Commercial/Multifamily Group. Exercises independent judgment overseeing and executing on research, analysis, and identification of issues. The candidate is also responsible for coordinating CREF events, preparing meeting materials, producing internal reports and marketing materials, and managing CREF web content.
