The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), the leading professional association for infection preventionists, is seeking an Associate Director of Human Resources. You will be responsible for the management, oversight, and execution of several key HR functions.

As the Associate Director of Human Resources, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and a variety of special projects. You will serve as a subject matter expert to other members of the Human Resources (HR) department and provide enterprise-wide support for APIC and its subsidiaries. This position reports to the Senior Director of HR & Talent Development.

Qualified candidates offer:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related business field
7 years of HR experience
5 years of progressive responsibilities in leadership/management positions
Familiarity with ADP HRIS or similar system
Advanced knowledge of federal labor law
General understanding of budgetary processes and responsibility
