The primary objective of this position is to ensure coordination of learning experience tasks across all programs hosted by Urgent Care Association (UCA) or its affiliates, Urgent Care Foundation (UCF) and the College of Urgent Care Medicine (CUCM).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure learning content is captured, maintained, and displayed in a consistent and accurate manner according to our guidelines and policies.
- Ensure all learning and content processes are maintained in a way that fosters positive and ongoing relationships with all stakeholders.
- Provide logistical support to content creators/contributors for digital programs, live events, and virtual events.
- Ensure all learning processes are compliant with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) requirements and tracking processes.
- Collaborate with activity, project, and event managers to ensure integration of any logistical needs in support of the learning experience.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
Content Maintenance
- Capture, organize and track all learning content.
- Maintain the content database, to include the following: manage the intake process for internally and externally created content while ensuring information about the content is captured according to our guidelines and policies in a timely manner; maintain the output process for web display and ensuring information about the content is displayed in a way easy for members to find, which may include creative writing of short and long descriptions, adding categories, keywords, and image(s); review of expired content and archiving or updating as needed; and soliciting new or updated content, if needed.
- Maintain the content creator/contributor database, ensuring new creators/contributors are added, as well as updating topics and review information for creators/contributors.
- Collaborate with other departments to capture content that would be relevant and valuable to members.
Event Logistics (Virtual and Live)
- Manage content delivery logistics, in collaboration with registration and meeting planning staff, such as audio video needs, signage, webinar setup, etc.
- Manage post-event logistics: compile evaluation results/content consumption and report with recommendations; audit contributor agreements and payment processing; update the creator/contributor database.
- Maintain positive relations with content creators/contributors, as well as event staff and other stakeholders, updating processes when needed to ensue a positive experience on both sides.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Compliance
- Maintain processes for capturing, storing, tracking and organizing information needed for ongoing compliance of ACCME standards.
- Collaborate with the Learning Experience Director to review forms and processes annually or as needed to ensure ongoing compliance with ACCME standards.
- Manage logistics of gathering and publishing disclosure forms, evaluation questions and other related materials for all activities offering CME credit.
- Assist the Learning Experience Director with ACCME Accreditation materials preparation annually.
Professional Collaboration
- Participate as an integral part of the UCA team to engage with colleagues in achieving shared goals.
- Participate in team discussions regarding overall strategies and/or tactics for UCA and its affiliates, as requested.
- Participate in team discussions regarding the annual budget and strategic planning process.
- Pursue personal professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in capturing, organizing, and monitoring data; experience with content management specifically a plus.
- Experience in tracking, monitoring, and reporting in a compliance environment; CME specific is a plus.
- Experience evaluating data and drawing sound conclusions and recommendations; experience with analytics tools a plus.
- Superior written communication skills.
- Skill in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with other tools such as Adobe, SharePoint, and website administration a plus.
- Ability to travel to conferences, urgent care centers, and other event locations as needed.
- Ability to present professional image for internal and external audiences (Board of Directors, members, vendors, affiliates, etc.).
