What You Will Own:

• Enhance the organization’s reputation by identifying new, value-added business opportunities and operationalize product ideas into the programs and processes at HRCI, with sponsorship opportunities, business-to-business, military, government, associations, colleges, and universities.
• Develop and implement a set of diverse and effective strategies to secure new corporate sponsors/partners.
• Lead a data and metrics-driven sales process to establish a pipeline of opportunities and provide management reports and projections.

What You Will Bring to the Job:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibits a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
• Demonstrated problem solving and effective negotiation skills
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to be diplomatic, resourceful, and persuasive

The Skills You Need to Succeed:

• 4+ years of professional business development and/or revenue generation/account management experience
• Project management experience is a plus
• Experience with certification or education providers, helpful but not required
