Serves as chief administrator and operating officer of the Coastal Association of REALTORS® of Maryland, Inc. (CAR). As such has the responsibility for overall administrative management and operation of CAR. Shall have the necessary authority to affect this responsibility subject to such bylaws, policies and procedures of the Board of Directors and Articles of Incorporation.
