The Program Manager of Practice Guidelines will serve as the overall program manager for the Practice Guidelines Development Team. Responsibilities include:

What You'll Do:

• Co-Sponsorship and Endorsement: prepare/send letters of invitation and reminders, track responses, prepare and submit agreements, other correspondence

• Author and Reviewer Invitations: prepare/send letters of invitation and reminders

• Disclosures/Conflicts of Interest: collate information, prepare report/table for COI Subcommittee review, follow-up/request additional information, prepare lists of disclosures for task force members on each committee to help with COI management during development of projects, send out monthly requests/reminders to update disclosures and track

• Clinical Practice Guidelines Oversight Committee: manage roster and COI/Committee forms, onboard new members, write minutes, schedule meetings, send out reminders

• Task Forces: manage roster and COI/Committee forms, schedule meetings, send out reminders, write minutes

• Calls for Authors/Volunteers: manage volunteer submissions, enter/manage volunteer information in a database of potential authors (to be created)

• Public Comment for Guidelines: (to be implemented) send out call for public comment; collect, organize, and manage comments received during public comment period for review by task force authors and CPG OC; manage responses to comments

• Consensus Statements: manage roster and COI/Committee forms; schedule meetings; send out reminders for meetings/assignments/etc.; write minutes of meetings; (possibly) help collate drafts and comments from committee members into document; liaise with journal, if needed

• Bibliographies: help cross-check and verify; *Endnote experience

• Literature and Supporting Materials for Program: Help maintain/organize materials and ensure consistency of file tree for clarity and ease of use by team

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of project manager experience managing complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interface cross-functionally
• Able to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meticulously manage a high-volume of responsibility with professionalism and optimism
• Program or portfolio management experience using tools like Wrike
• Advanced proficiencies in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Have experience using Endnote
• Able to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
