What you'll do: - Work closely with the Director of Customer Engagement on all the development, implementation and execution of customer engagement strategy and plans. Collaborate with key departments to define, create and deliver value for primary customer targets. Oversee, manage and track execution of strategies and tactics
- Partner with the Director of Customer Engagement in the research, evaluation, planning and implementation of strategies to evolve the membership model to meet the needs of future members
- Support development, execution and evaluation of member recruitment and retention strategy and plans
- Work closely with staff to identify research needs and avenues for measurement of engagement activities. Actively consume research results and ensures insights are applied to engagement strategy and tactics
- Develop, execute, and manage engagement tactics for targeted groups
- Seek out new research and insights on existing and potential customers. Work with marketing to identify the most effective ways to reach target audiences
- Manage and conduct post-analyses of engagement activities for use in reporting to the organization and informing future recommendations and strategies
What you'll need: - Minimum of three years of related experience (marketing, customer engagement, or membership), preferably in a medical association, medical education provider or healthcare organization
- Critical thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; interacts effectively, professionally, and diplomatically with individuals at all levels, including volunteers and staff
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work both independently as well as in a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
