NACM Connect is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to manage all marketing for the company and activities within the Marketing Department. Will maintain budgetary and strategic planning responsibilities for the department in line with company objectives. Will delegate daily, routine operations to appropriate staff of three in the marketing team. Develop staff to take on increasing responsibilities. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for keeping current with market trends and proactively suggesting ideas for continual improvement to the department.
Develop marketing policies for Association personnel.
Develop and maintain social media policies for Association personnel.
Create annual strategic plans and budgetary goals for the department.
Meet all deadlines for marketing requests from field, publications and special projects.
Part of design and creative team for NACM Connect and CLLA.
Cross train marketing team on marketing objectives and production for two Associations.
Develop strategic marketing plans in conjunction with the marketing personnel from
Writing and proofreading creative copy.
Writing articles for bimonthly newsletter.
Work closely with other department managers to aid in product or service awareness by developing new materials.
Pro-actively manage priorities effectively for the team members while working under pressure.
Other duties as assigned.
Hands on experience and complete working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands on experience and complete working knowledge of Word press, DIV builder/theme and other marketing tools.
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite.
