Vice President, Revenue Operations and Growth

General Description This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work to take the organization to the next level in marketing, sponsorship advertising and events. Immediate areas of focus will be on core process and revenue growth with membership, sponsorships and advertising.
This person will report to the CRO but will partner and work closely with the Senior Management Team, Government Relations Team, IFA Members, as well as board members and volunteer leaders to ensure that the growth objectives are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
Key areas of focus in the near term will be managing a core team but working cross functionally across departments, and focused on core revenue and operations including, sales, membership, sponsorships, exhibits, advertising, and marketing. Longer term, this role will support the CRO and the IFA leadership in growing non-member dues, strategic partnerships, new stakeholders and refined value proposition for IFA and its members or those directly impacted by franchising and the franchise business model. This role will also work with our Government Relations team and closely to align to communicate value and member content from a uniform voice, brand, content and communications and member value strategy which includes IFA advocacy as well as IFA business operations.
The position can be in person, based in Washington DC, or virtual/remote. No preference given to candidate location. Non-profit or for profit experience desired. For profit experience a plus, especially in franchisee or franchisor organizations.
