We are actively seeking a skilled IT professional to manage the organization’s information technology environment including IT infrastructure, software applications, data management, security, and end user training to support strategic objectives and business operations. Reporting to the Director, IT, this positions’ responsibilities include managing vendors providing services in these areas, managing designated IT projects and the IT components of organizational projects with designated product owners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Act as primary liaison for the Managed Services Provider (MSP) in the provision of IT network management and IT support services.
Manage IT services vendors and contracts to achieve a secure and effective IT infrastructure and an efficient work environment.
Manage designated IT projects, and the IT components of organizational projects with designated product owners, including the development of project plans and management of projects to deadline and budget.
Manage ISPOR’s networks, including analysis of metrics on server and systems monitoring, backups, utilization, and trends to proactively address issues and recommend solutions.
Provide end-user support and training for ISPOR’s IT environment and business systems.
Support hosted email and file sharing systems, such as Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in IT, business, or related fields. Advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of related work experience required with at least 2 years in an IT management position
Strong understanding of current server, storage, and networking technologies required.
Experience with Office 365 and other cloud-based systems required.
Be a highly professional, articulate self-starter capable of developing and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
Display exemplary organization, communication, project, and prioritization skills.
Technical project management experience required, demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
Association experience a huge plus!
Nestled half-way between Philadelphia and New York City, ISPOR’s headquarters is in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Our staff is currently remote during the pandemic, however once safe, staff may begin returning to the office. Preference for local candidates though fully remote work arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
