The Professional Services Council (PSC) is looking for a mostly remote, part-time marketing and membership support contractor. The contractor’s focus would be supporting administrative and tactical functions of the Membership and Marketing Departments. The main components of the role include database administration, website updates, social media formatting and email formatting.
Responsibilities include: generating monthly marketing report (email, website, social media); generating weekly web tracking report; drafting and scheduling social media posts weekly; formatting the PSC Daily newsletter daily; formatting and updating emails; website updates; compiling content for the PSC publications and collateral; updating sponsorship and advertising content; research; coordinating billing and administrative processes for membership dues and products; various member and prospect research tasks; preparing member and prospect mailings and communications; supporting the management of the database; and participating in weekly staff meetings.
Previous experience in event support, marketing, communications or other business operations functions
Experience with iMIS or similar association database or customer management systems
Experience with email marketing and social media tools
Experience updating websites
Highly organized, able to manage multiple and shifting priorities simultaneously
Composure to thrive in a fast-paced and results oriented environments
Strong capability in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail
Telecommuting is allowed.
