Building off a strong foundation, AMWA is expanding our respected education program designed to inform and educate medical communication professionals. We are looking for an education professional who will bring their experience and knowledge of best practices in education program and project management to this role. You will provide critical program coordination and management as we launch new education initiatives and build structures and processes that will enable our team to succeed and collectively accelerate efforts.

BA/BS degree and three to five years’ experience in related work, preferably with a trade or membership association, managing conferences, educational courses and products including webinars and digital learning. Organizing, implementing, maintaining, and building content into a learning management system, and coordinating certificate and/or certification or standards programs.
Candidates must be familiar and proficient in working with technology and databases, such as association management systems (AMS) and content management systems (CMS). AMWA uses the YM suite of products, and experience with this system is a plus, but not a requirement.
The position requires an organized, enthusiastic, and flexible individual who is capable of handling multiple projects at the same time and collaborating with others. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communications and project management skills, and expertise using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
