The Community Financial Services Association of America (CFSA) is a fast-paced, high profile financial services association located in Alexandria, Virginia, recruiting for an administrative assistant. This person should be hard-working, detail-oriented individual with superior organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide administrative support to executive team and staff.
Assist with correspondence and informational materials.
Make travel arrangements and file expenses for the executive team.
Maintain office filing system.
Set up conference calls, meetings, and draft agendas; send out reminders.
Serve as the liaison between consumer and lender. Respond to incoming questions, inquiries received via telephone and email.
Mail: send mail on behalf of executive team, open and distribute daily.
Meeting and Event Support
Coordinate meetings including scheduling meeting space, room blocks, meals, room reservations and attendance.
Assist in preparation of informational materials.
Manage and maintain membership collateral and attendee distribution lists.
Assist with pre-conference and on-site event/registration coordination.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1-3 years of related office experience preferred, but not required
Undergraduate degree preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to quickly learn new software programs when required
Salary commensurate with experience
