Raybourn Group International is seeking an entry-level graphic design specialist with a passion for both print and electronic media. We are looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and communicate them visually across print, electronic and digital media. RGI’s agency-like setting is ideal for a candidate looking to work within multiple brands that speak to an international audience.
Support multiple client teams by designing web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazines, white papers, signage, annual reports, advertisements, social media content and other communication materials, working within each client’s brand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to group meetings and brainstorm sessions; offering ideas and solutions that fit within each client’s brand, messaging and goals
Oversee print production of various client publications and collateral
Work with RGI marketing team members on various projects including website redesigns, print/magazine design, and event marketing collateral for conferences and tradeshows held around the globe
Establish, monitor, implement and refine multiple client visual identities and brand standards
Skills and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in visual communications design, computer graphics, marketing, business or similar
Strong knowledge of Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint on a PC platform
Ability to handle multiple, concurrent projects; exceptional organizational, planning, project, and time management skills
HTML5 and web design skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
