The Membership Engagement Manager is a key member of a dynamic and collaborative team providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. The Membership Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing all membership activities including reporting, analysis and data management as well as implementation of IADR/AADR’s strategy for membership recruitment and retention. This position is designated as management-level “exempt” under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and reports directly to the Associate Executive Director.
Develop and oversee the strategies and tools to increase and retain members.
Collaborates with staff to manage process improvements and relevant projects.
Manages relationships with third-party vendors, including data entry and database (JL Systems/NOAH).
Supports staff in customization and reporting from database
Provides support to senior leadership.
Effectively handles member service calls, emails and chats.
Reviews, updates and maintains membership website pages.
Manages annual membership renewal process.
Runs, reviews and maintains all membership reports including, but not limited to, publications, membership retention rates.
Represent IADR and/or AADR at trade shows and exhibitions, ability to travel up to 8 times per year (15% internationally).

College degree and three or more years’ experience in a relevant position.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer service orientation required.
Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; database experience preferred.
Experience using association management software, such as NOAH, preferred.
