Overall description of duties: Individual will provide operational oversight for client’s accreditation process to include supervision and engagement in the accreditation of education programs, contact with both applicants, and leadership group volunteers, as well as other areas relating to the daily management of the association under the employ of MCI USA. Requirements include a college degree, experience with accreditation programs; demonstrated understanding of compliance with accreditation standards, peer review processes and management software systems; strong communications skills; excellent process management skills; and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Association and Programmatic Management
Serve as primary staff point person for all accredited and applicant programs
Act as a central clearinghouse and referral service to client’s accredited organizations for information.
Respond in a timely manner to new and existing organizational inquiries
Update and distribute promotion collateral materials
Prepare and distribute invoices on a schedule and in a manner designed to maximize response
Process and properly apply incoming accreditation payments
Maintain accreditation applications and related records
Update and maintain all electronic databases, and social media tools through designated AMS
Develop and maintain prospect database
Credentialing, Standards Development and Professional Development Management
Provide accreditation management and support
Manage process and publication of newly accredited organizations
Manage process of renewal for reaccrediting organizations
Maintain all necessary documentation and renewal requirement records and process record requests on an ongoing basis
Communicate and conduct outreach with accredited programs so that they are aware of accreditation, profile update requests, upcoming expiration, noncompliance and/or de-accreditation
Manage application and volunteer committee review process
Conduct analysis of annual accreditation statistics and report to committee and/or Board
Assist Executive Director in publication of annual accreditation report
Work with client’s reviewers to determine appropriate engagement for site visits and reviewer appointments
Interface with Key Committee/Task-force leaders and assist Executive Director with Board of Directors meetings, elections and communications
Maintain and update the organization’s website, utilize and refine the organization’s database, and assist in the development of the web-based Accreditation Management System
Work to continuously identify areas for enhancement, including application streamlining, technology solutions and other methods to bring the association to best in market standards
Oversight of projects/activities that involve staff from Accounting and Database and Coordinator level staff as applicable
Serve as a contact for annual audit
Assist in the review of monthly financial statements and budget creation
Complete MCI USA timesheets
Other duties as assigned
Serve on appropriate MCI USA Matrix Management Teams; and
Function as MCI USA team member in accordance with MCI USA’s corporate vision and guiding principles.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training. Experience in education, project/program management and accreditation preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Windows environment, word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), specifically membership management databases and/or accreditation management systems, electronic mail, and the Internet.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in routine and non-routine situations.
Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills.
Strong work ethic, customer service attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to function as a team player; and initiative in solving problems or making recommendations.
