The Office Assistant/Member Services Coordinator reports to the Executive Director and works under the guidance of the Director of Membership & Administrative Services. S/he is responsible for providing administrative services to the staff, Board and members of the Kentucky Pharmacists Association. This includes greeting visitors, handling telephone, mail, e-mail and face-to-face inquiries, and supplying information regarding the organization to members, nonmembers, general public, vendors and customers.
KPhA is looking for someone who is outgoing and able to multitask. Knowledge of Office programs necessary, Association Membership background a definite plus.

The Kentucky Pharmacists Association (KPhA) seeks a full-time Executive Director (ED) to serve as chief administrative officer. The ED is responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall management and administration of KPhA and its affiliated organizations, leading a team of 4 professional and administrative staff in implementing an annual budget of $600,000+ to accomplish the Association’s mission, goals, and objectives. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in association management or equivalent pharmacy management/leadership experience (professional pharmacy degree preferred).
