The Associate, Member Services & Chapter Support provides day-to-day support of departmental tasks and projects as needed for the coordination and execution of FEI membership acquisition, reinstatement and retention plans, procedures and initiatives, and Chapter administration and project management including Continuing Professional Education (CPE) administration and processing on behalf of FEI’s participating Chapters. The individual is also responsible for supporting Marketing and Communications initiatives as needed.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain database integrity and execute monthly database maintenance through exception reports.
Organizes and maintains relevant files and records for all areas of responsibility.
Assist in processing CPE credits for Chapter meetings; maintain compliance with NASBA regulations.
Prepares and edits all correspondence, reports and presentations, as well as fields incoming calls.
Process applications and qualify applicants for membership based on the established criteria as defined by FEI’s membership qualifications.
Enters new member information and processes FEI memberships through the membership database.
Assists with new member acquisition and membership retention by making retention and reinstatement calls.
Manages the Membership and Chapter Support Mailbox and handles customer service requests.
Assists with development of PowerPoint presentations as needed.
Supports multiple internal departments with marketing/communications development and deliverable procurement, including business cards, invoices, collateral, etc.
Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in this or related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
Ability to travel, including travel and meeting attendance outside of working hours.
Ability to act as a team player and be flexible to respond to changing needs.
Ability to work with the utmost integrity, keeping proprietary information safeguarded.
