Responsibilities include: •Direct and monitor all administrative functions of the association •Maintain member database •Consistently review, monitor, and update association website •Accept and respond to association telephone calls •Collect, review, and distribute mail •Monitor and respond promptly to member and management emails •Coordinate, edit, and distribute association publications and newsletters •Coordinate the association’s Continuing Education (CE) program oOrganize and schedule CE events – webinars, meetings, seminars oPrepare notifications and distribute marketing material for events oPlan and support requests from event presenters oAttend events; coordinate registrations and attendance reports oAssist with documenting compliance with educational standards oPrepare documents, certificates, and reports required for CE credits oCoordinate activities with the CE Committee and Executive Director oParticipate in monthly CE Committee conference calls •Provide onsite support for periodic association meetings including 2-day annual conference and other CE events (average 3 per year) •Support the association’s Board of Directors and Executive Director •Assist with other project support and administrative tasks as requested
Desired Qualifications •Highly qualified administrative skills required •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written •Solid data systems understanding and capabilities •Must be able work efficiently and independently •Ability to multi-task •Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
