Apex Management is seeking a professional to provide membership support for four of our association clients. This is a part-time position, at an estimate of 25 hours per week. Our ideal candidate maintains an attention to detail and strives for efficiency. Strong time management skills, a smile you can see through the phone or email, and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed will go a long way. Strong technical skills are also important. While responsible to our Executive positions internally, you will also have contact with association members and client leadership, as well as the membership committee members. Therefore, the ability to think on your feet and maintain a professional and positive demeanor is also very important.
Your primary tasks will revolve around membership/renewals, committee coordination and communications, as well as assisting with member publications. Routine tasks will include: daily entry/confirmation of membership additions, changes and renewals; annual renewal notices; monthly reports; communications to lapsed members; coordinating/creating data for the annual roster, and answering member inquiries. You will also keep tabs on specific committees/sections, keeping them on task and on time, and assisting with projects they may have.

Strong proficiency in the programs mentioned above will give you a strong advantage. Applicant should have a minimum of an associate’s degree and two years experience in customer service, membership or administration.
