We are currently looking for a Program Manager, Public Affairs and Outreach in our Washington DC office.
In your role at ASME you will be responsible for providing primary program management for programs and activities associated with the Industry Advisory Board and Engineering Education.
Organization and promotion of six webinars annually, two annual board meetings and additional program enhancements
Capturing and producing content for webcasts and webinars
Operational duties related to departmental activities including government relations, engineering education and Industry Advisory Board
Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Public Affairs
The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ work experience. The incumbent must possess strong communication, multitasking and project management skills. They must also have the ability to work independently, complete assignments on time and provide solutions. A successful track record of program development and financial management is also required.
